Surrounded by pine, fir, and Aspen trees. There is no source of water but these cabins have the right to pump water from Papoose Creek, which is just across CR 75, for domestic purposes. An owner could build a bathroom into the cabin, but currently there is an outhouse a few yards from the cabin. A drop down ladder in the cabin leads up to a loft bedroom. There is electricity, and phone lines to these cabins. The 2016 lease payment to the National Forest, which allows the cabin owner to have the cabin on the forest land, was $3,150. This can change from year to year. The fee to transfer the lease is $1,200.
