Jeff White "Whitey" has been skiing and fly fishing in the Wood River Valley since 1969 when he began vacationing in the area with his family. Whitey graduated from San Diego State University, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate in 1988. He started his commercial real estate career in San Diego in 1989 with Coldwell Banker and worked in a dynamic and competitive market for 25 years. He returned to the Wood River Valley 11 years ago to continue his career in the mountains that he loves. Whitey worked for some of the largest and most reputable commercial real estate brokerages during his 25-year career. His expertise is diverse and he has represented clients varying from Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) on Major development acquisitions to small businesses with monthly leases. You may also see Whitey working the front door of the Pioneer Saloon when you go in for dinner - please don’t hesitate to say “hello”. He is looking forward to bringing his years of experience in commercial real estate to the Wood River Valley.
