Matt was extraordinarily professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As first time homebuyers, he helped walk us through the process and answered all of our questions quickly and in a way that was easy to understand. His knowledge of the local market and contacts allowed us to see homes that weren't yet officially on the market. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone!

Matt was amazing to work with. It was definitely hard trying to do everything from out of town since we don't live in Ketchum full-time, but he made the process seamless. Our condo was sold in less than a month at a full price cash offer! What else can I say? Matt's marketing was leagues above the rest and his attention to detail was amazing. I cannot really say enough about the entire selling/closing process. He later helped us close on our new home in Sun Valley and the process went equally as well. I would highly recommend Matt for any of your Sun Valley real estate needs. He is the BEST!

We sold a Sun Valley Wildflower condo in 2017 and bought a Elkhorn Sunburst condo in Elkhorn in 2018. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable on both transactions. He has lived in Sun Valley for a long time and knows the area and the market well. We felt that he "had our backs" both as we sold the Wildflower and as we negotiated with the seller. He is a terrific guy as well as a great realtor. We would highly recommend him!
